• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within e.g., 3-4 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

• Free shipping for all Prepaid orders PAN India.

• COD charges shall be incurred according to the location on all Cash on delivery orders. The total shall be calculated at checkout

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. International Shipping We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. In case you need to order from any country that is not included in our list you may place a request by email or WhatsApp us/ Our team will try to assist you.

7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
